It is a beautiful attractive Mint original glue copy of Scott #24 1c Franklin.It is almost perfectly centered with large margins at the right and left. Its only short commimgs are a gum crease at the top on the back and a light brown stain in the lower right. Still a very attractive and fresh looking stamp!
